I wish I could leave no stars. I came for help with my mother's trust and left in tears. He yelled..yes yelled at me because I didn't understand his legal talk. I told him not to raise his voice to me because I didn't understand his double talk, thenwalked out of our meeting..leaving me crying alone. DO NOT ENTRUST YOUR PERSONAL TRUST TO HIM

This lawyer was appointed by the courts as a lawyer for our 73 year old mother, and he was horrible. Mr. Wilburn was to check and make sure our mother was taken care of before she left a rehab facility and did not. While in court trying to get conservetorship for our mother's care, I was told by Mr. Wilburn that, "if I did not drop my conservetorship case that he would give it to my mothers husband"! Since then my mother has been deteriorating due to the lack of care she gets. Mr Wilburn would always want to argue with the family and when things did not go his way he would walk away. Mr. Wilburn would file court documents stating that my mother was incompetent, and in the next sentence quote what our mother "supposedly" said about her children. This left us to question his motives and does he really know what he is doing? I am very disappointed in our Judicial System.
