This company is great when it comes to success! They have a great track record of over 22 years and the office is inviting when you apply; but this particular facility has the worst employee relationships. There is no proper training, the employees are rude to each other..the maintenance men are rude,and disrespectful and the plant manager doesn't take time to recognize new employees, he sits in the office (probably reading this) with his hands on the back of his head. (I have watched him for 5 hours while I waited for work in my second week of "training") This is just about the most horrible place I have ever worked, they really do not deserve 1 star. Hopefully they can make changes with the way they welcome New employees and especially to those 1838 machines they value, but don't like to send maintenance to fix.
