Update: appt was on Saturday at 2pm....arrived at 4pm, no one here, tried calling on sunday nobody answered phone, came back Monday, arrived at 1252pm....door assignment at 230pme

I have been here for 5 hours and still waiting on dock...

Don't everything go to this place march 7/18 i was 8 long hours to load me up,this is ridiculous,worth place everything and the workers siting down and talking at the Jop side

To many rules like we don't have enough already there conveniently located where there's no scaled for 40 miles they hold you up so if you are to heavy you can't make it back in time to adjust the load they don't care that were on eld's either when you are loaded and leaving you might get a call from the customer wanting you to hurry at this point who should do the hurrying avoid it if you can

Great place! One of my favorites to pick up or drop off.

Brand new facility, huge drivers lounge, restrooms in size of ones on Loves, free packages of water for drivers on palletts outside.

Delivered plastic cups from NJ. Quick unloading. Parked overnight at circle at the end of the street no problems. Nice people. Great service.

Trailer still not ready unable to make appointment time. It's not that hard to load 21 pallets of water. A lot of truck driver's waiting.

New building, in and out in 30 min,nice

My appointment time was 1500.. I got there 1400. By 1430 I was in door. 1545 paperwork in hand leaving. I talked to the workers. They said it all depends when you come..if they are busy then it's gonna be a while.

This place is brand new I think that's why there's a lot of bad reviews because they were probably just getting things figured out. I showed up just behind 2 other trucks and we all got live loaded and left in a few minutes passed an hour. They have nice restrooms snack machines and free water inside. Just a mile away there is a huddle house huge gravel parking lot If you need somewhere to stay for the night.

Horrible place for truckers before coming here make sure you have food with you I’ll be here from 12:00 now it’s 5 pm and still on dock....

Load was delayed because my order number caused "their computer system to crash". Now I have a green light and there is nobody in the shipping office and can't get papers.

Edit: got papers after 45 minute wait.

They loaded heavy towards the drive axel. Was barely legal as I was low on fuel. Don't come in here with a full tank of fuel in your truck.

Appointment at 1 pm, got out at 6 pm

Normally less than 90 minutes arrive to depart.

Be ready sleep here minimum several hours. Pick up Took 7 hours. System was shot down as they said. And they don't have knowledges. Pallets all the way to the front of the trailer. So scale is 30 miles away. Had over 2500 on drive axle.

It took 6 hours to get loaded here
