So I paid them for a name change for my son's sister. They charged me $1000.00 for a retainer and told me it would be done in a few weeks so I talked to my son's mom and we agreed to split the cost. It's been two years no calls were returned I left numerous please call me notes with their secretary. No monies were returned it's been the worst experience they don't do the work they say they will.
