Susan Ramos was extraordinary. She helped us a lot with two different issues, in a relatively short period of time, and for reasonable amounts of money.

They represented my husband for the renewal of his DACA, the first few times went smoothly, however since they have moved to their new office, we have since switched to a new law firm due to multiple issues including but not limited to: not returning phone calls or playing "phone tag", not releasing his file to us after having asked multiple times, as well as not informing him that the lawyer handling his application was "no longer with the firm" and that the FIRST lawyer they contacted "on his behalf" to handle the case declined, but "another lawyer will be here next week if you would like to talk to them"...again all of which we were told after the fact. I would not recommend these people to anyone. They do not seem to realize that these matters are time sensitive and not only effect that individuals life, but the lives of their families as well.
