Well, as it turns out I needed James Scafidie’s help and boy am I glad I called.
His team is TOP NOTCH! Trust me, I called around to many attorney’s none of them were as professional and approachable at the same time. Look at my other reviews and you’ll see.
In December, I needed someone to help formulate a business in California in addition to a few other items. His team knocked it out of the park saving me hours of research and painstakingly learning about an area of business I was not familiar with…setting up an operating agreement.
From start to finish, about 1 month. He did his very best! Make sure you do your part and what is advised of you, and he will take care of the rest. Really, I am so blessed to have found this office. You don't need to even shop around. Stop here, you won't regret it!
I have used attorneys in the past, I'm no kid, let's say I'm over 40, so I have lived and I have been in need. Never ever, and I mean NEVER before now have I been so completely satisfied with an attorney.
He is 100% hands on, takes pride in his work, is very knowledgeable, a straight shooter, and professional. He kept in touch with me every step of the way, always available to talk or text with me. This is not one of those offices where you meet the attorney once in the beginning and in the end. And speaking of office staff, they are great! Same dedication and accommodation.

Working with Scafide is just as fun as saying the name! We engaged with them about 4 years ago and could not be happier.
