I went to them, called the next week and then the week after that. Tried to ask a question the third week after hiring them and they still didn't have a folder set up for me. So I fired them. Two years later, when the claim period was ending, they called to see if there was anything they could do. Seriously? They never checked to see if I was ok or needed help with anything, never apologized for the original file mix up. But when it was time to settle the case... they suddenly showed up with their hand out.
