Awesome management and great price and service

Worst customer service ever. Had my Stihl chainsaw serviced in February. $145 worth of work and parts and it supposedly ran great. Went to use it this past weekend and it doesn't run. I am religious about non ethanol gas fuel stabilizer etc. I was questioned about this and was told the shelf life of gas was 30 days and how did I know if it was ethanol free. I was actually asked if I tested it to see if it was ethanol free. Who does that??? I guess the same people that should check behind a stihl dealer that say a saw runs perfect when in fact it won't run at all. I don't need a saw very often so had no need for it till now. Run the same gas in all of my other power equipment without an issue. I guess it's impossible that their tech possibly didn't put it back together correctly. It's so frustrating that companies don't put the customer first and blame everything on ethanol gas. All I asked was that they look back over it and see if maybe they missed something. Looks like I'll have to pay another $45 Stihl check up fee to have them look at it again. Was actually going to buy another bigger saw while I was in there but no chance of that now.

Update 7/19

Just picked my saw up from another authorized Stihl dealer in Sumter. Turns out the people at Wateree trailer put the fuel line and the vent line in the wrong places and reversed them. This caused the saw to spray fuel back in every time it was run. So much for them blaming me and ethanol. These people should not be a Stihl dealer even less be allowed to work on them. I would never take anything to them again.

We couldn't be happier with our purchase of a Dixie Chopper mower from Wateree Trailer and Supply. We received great service and financing assistance and we look forward to many more purchases of landscaping equipment from this great store. Well worth the drive to Lugoff.
