Plain out and simple they do NOT treat legal shield members with an ounce of respect! From the time they pick up the phone and ask for your name to the time they hang up the phone they are completely unprofessional. I am applauded that with the high rankings of legal shield that they allowed a law firm that is so disrespectful, unprofessional, and unknowledgeable to be apart of their brand and what they stand for. Merritt Webb is just as crooked as the rest of our legal system and should not be taken seriously by anyone and especially not legal shield.

They made my life easier. Wish I would have know tabout them years ago. Life would have been alot easier.

On two notch were supposed to get my file from LLR surveying for, professional engineering . This office had me to use my on name to file another FOIA. When LLR had their board heiring to determine if there were an violation they did not let me attend but they let the surveyor attend whom I had filed charges against Foard h Tarbert. LLR is a bad joke that needs reforming badly. I had called legal Shield to cancel my member, but you must notify them in a written letter of cancellation. Anyways MERRITT WEB is not a law firm that I would recommend to any family friend not even a stranger, because those good ole boys in the Bible belt stick together. They are down like four flat tires. That's how they roll.
