when we moved here we basically picked katie and her firm out of a hat. so glad we did. we have done 3 closings with her in the last 18 months. She and her staff are extremely professional, well prepared, and very knowledgeable. also, no intent to diminish the professional aspects of the business, but they are just good folks who are a treat to deal with. highly recommended!
