Negative stars. She took and held 40k from the sale of my parents home after their divorce (in an Iolta account) because she said my mom owed her more money after drastically changing her hourly rate without telling my mom (after my mom had already paid 21k+). My mom filed a complaint against Kelly with the GA State Bar, and Kelly was reprimanded and had to pay my mom back what she owed her. The disposition of this case is a matter of public record and is on file at the Supreme Court of GA. She actually tried to charge my mom 43k+ for her divorce! Fast forward years later, and I'm an adult and going through my now deceased mother's paperwork, and looking at the letters my mom wrote to Kelly and the GA State Bar and it makes me sick. What kind of person could take advantage of someone like that? A struggling mother going through a divorce with 3 kids at home... Kelly, I can't even tell you the pain and suffering you caused my mom and our family. You disgust me.
