This place is a completed joke. Kari Samuels is a prime example of a true reject in the law industry that landed a job here because an actual law firm would NEVER hire her. This is a place where “criminal justice” majors at community college disguise themselves as attorneys end up. Completely unprofessional and rude. You will never get anywhere in life that’s why you work for Goldfein haha.

Customer service was horrible transferred muliple times used as 3rd party service for lien-holder ally and unfortunately my GAP insurance. The supivisor Janice I was transferred to had an attitude

I worked there for a month. I was bullied picked on and just very uncomfortable to even work there. I love to help people so when I was told the most important thing is to help people I thought cool up my alley nope they just say that because then it’s if you don’t know give a call back for 24-48 hours this company is sad and disrespectful and discriminative against me while I was there. Would never recommend doing business or working with them ever!!! Run fast

I also don't write reviews but this is a TPA that has it's first contract with Ally Financial. I agree customer service is extremely bad. It takes months to get an LOG and the "attorneys" even quit!! Call and complain complain complain! Go up the hierarchy. Taking to a manager gets you nowhere. Some people answer the phone and pretend they are managers. Go and review Adam Goldfein'S personal reviews online. Interesting!

The customer service was distasteful at best. This company operates as a third-party management group as I was told repeatedly. After numerous phone calls, being misinformed and hung up on. I was finally transferred to a supervisor that conducted herself with professionalism and answerved my basic questions. However, my overall negative experience almost over shadow the one positive encounter. I rarely right a review, but this experience was note worthy. Shameful, for it to be a customer service entity.
