Lame, and they don't care...

By far the worst experience closing I have had. Under no circumstances will I ever refer or schedule another closing there.

Attorney was good at closing but the processing of the transaction prior to close sucked. Would not use them again.

Sloppy, dismissive, overpriced. That's my opinion of this firm. I work for a law firm in Florida, and we represented a client as a cash buyer of a residential property in GA. This law firm was selected as the closing agent by the Realtor. Bad choice.

It doesn't matter which office you go to, the attorneys and their support staff are always on top of it. We love closing there and they even did our personal closes this week.
