I DO NOT RECOMMEND! Do NOT use this law firm!!! On a scale of 1 to 10, Monica Gilroy is a 0.I have had the worst service I have ever had from the dozens of attorneys I worked with over the years. Monica Gilroy is dead last. I hired her to do a simple barment for a tax deed property which is supposed to take 60 or so days. Her firm cashed my check 90 days ago and my barment is still not done. I hired another attorney to do 2 other tax deed barments 30 days later - he is done. Worst service I have ever had. Rarely returns emails and when she does, doesn't know the status - unhelpful. Run away fast!!! I am going to post more details of this experience. I have kept very good records.

HORRIBLE experience. Ms. Gilroy imo is very aggressive and no fun to deal with.

Our Keller Williams Realty Key Locations Team has been closing sales with Gilroy, Bailey, Trumble for many years. All of our clients love them. They have never dropped a closing and have saved/rescued more than a few. They are definitely at the top of our list for closing attorneys in this area.
