First time home buyer and the process was smooth and seamless. The attorney tackled any discrepancy from the seller on the spot and made the transaction smooth and painless.

Had a house closing for selling our former home and they were the attorneys chosen by the buyer. When we arrived they didn’t have the paperwork ready. Then they had held some funds from the buyers but also miscalculated our settlement statement as if we had received the funds rather than them. Due to some delays on the buyers side we signed ahead of the buyers and our agent was attending the closing for us. The attorney stated that we would be emailed all documents to review before our agent signed. We never received anything. Then they never sent us any paperwork either by email or mail. If our agent hadn’t sent us the settlement statement who knows how long it would be before they discovered they were holding thousands of our money. They did fix it but it took multiple calls from us and our agent and the individuals we spoke with made it seem like it was our fault. Overall, they were unorganized and we would not recommend them.
