This guy aggressively interrupted me, answering rebutals for each segment of the history before I could complete the current status. My issuse with the HOA account dispute, garnishment and improperly managed bank records/funds goes back several years. It was very exhausting to have to ask him to let me finish, say I know that, I'm giving you the story. Any attorney may not be able to provide legal advise or assist with an isdue, but you will never know unless you Listen. I was so rattled when he said "so what do you want me to do"? I said Nothing. Have a good day. You've already shot me down and told me how everything I'm relating is out of my hands.
So you Missed the opportunity to acknowledge if the HOA isn't confirming my payments where are those records for me and other homeowners? What does that say about the HOA fiduciary integrity? AT one point he even said I could file bankruptcy

Excellent Attorney for problems relating to home owners' association litigation. I like the fact that he told me straight forward the strength of the case without having to shell out thousands of dollars to only land in the same spot. Simple, straightforward law firm to work with. Cyrus has been very knowledgeable and extremely professional. If your HOA is giving you the run around I'd highly recommend speaking with this law firm. He won't tell you what you want to hear necessarily, as the laws are kind of stacked against you as the homeowner, but the information he provides is vital for knowing your rights as a homeowner and battling the HOA in the most effective means possible. I found his fee estimates to be very reasonable and he is very easy to talk to for an attorney. I was a little apprehensive to call an attorney because they can be so dry, but I'm so thankful his number popped up first when I did my search for one. He's definitely the attorney I'm going with. I would give him twice the stars if I could. I read the other reviews... a giggled a little, the other reviewer was frustrated that he didn't return his call on a court day? If our case goes to court I hope Cyrus deals with our case with the same laser focus he was undoubtedly giving those clients. I would have only seen that as a great sign you've got the right attorney. I called attorney Cyrus to help us with an HOA Dispute. He acted like there was hope in settling the extra attorney fees added on by GW & Associates collection attorney. However, nothing was ever done except a letter sent out saying that we didn't owe the Association any additional money. We literally were fed to the sharks and now even after paying the Judgment in full, more attorney fees have been added on totaling $5,000 more dollars. Consumers don't seem to have any rights at all in the State of Georgia, but it appears to be legal to steal people's hard earned money. We are very disappointed because we thought this attorney would help us and he did not. (No, this is not a fake or fraudulent review, I still have the proof of payment for your services.)

All lawyers or lawfirms I've ever contacted have intake assistants or paralegals answering their calls to set up consultations, gathering information etc. But anyway he calls me and is a keeps saying how can I help you. I tell him I have a HOA lawsuit and need legal defense..he replies abrubtly so how can I help you! So Im like this is weird his website states he does HOA defense but he keeps interrupting me and saying so how can I help you! He was very rude abrasive, unprofessional and plainy told me I would lose in court to the HOA and they would take my house...Then he tells me sorry..I don't think I can help you. Who would hire an attorney you call for help and they tell you rudely you you're going to lose in court.

Attorney Malekabadi was particularly helpful in guiding me on HOA laws. After a single conversation over the phone I was able to quickly resolve an HOA concern. I returned to him for advice a year later and had a similar experience regarding a separate issue.
