Mr. Dickinson is virtually impossible to communicate with he doesn't have a secretary. If he has a cell phone or voicemail he doesn't provide his clients with this information. He is a nice man however he withheld very important information during my trial. Like the fact that the prosecutions 2 witnesses grandmother was a member of my jury. He failed horribly as my defense attorney. I received advise that at the time seemed inconsequential however turned out to be very bad advise which was actually very important. Mr. Dickinson had evidence that would have majorly discredited one of the prosecutions main witnesses however he could not use the documents because according to him he stole the documents from the State Attorneys office and they didn't provide the documents during discovery. According to the State Appeals Court my appeal wasn't ever presented to 5the appellate court because the filing fees were not paid. Something I was depending on Mr. Dickinson to either pay for or inform me of.
