1st time was great. Went to settle with IRS told 4,500- 7,000 comes back with a 21,000 offer. Feeling ripped off and cheated. Figured some of that money would be refunded oh hino that was the cost of financials. Live and learn, still in no settlement out $3,500 for nothing.. ask before turning over your money.
Learn from my mistake. Where they see positive cash flow is beyond me, some weeks it's hard to wait for neXT check. Very disappointed in the services!!!!
Had I been told after financials it could triple I'd never moved forward. I borrowed the 3,500 to settle now I'm stuck paying 500. A month for wasted time. Here's the topper if I agreed to the 21,000 settlement I'd had no pay check for 16 months other than my small commission check. Are these people crazy? Could they live on no check for 16 months??
It couldn't have cost more that 500.00 to do financials but they are keeping the whole 3,500.. Very Upset, definitely ripped off
