I called with an emergency and April said she'd help. But on my way to her office I got a pain in my stomach and had to go to er for a d & c, needless to say I couldn't call her and I missed my appointment. When she called me I told her I was in the hospital but Id be in her office with my paperwork in the morning. So this morning I made the trip from LA to get office after calling several times to confirm that I was coming in. And once I got there she refused to see me. Shw wouldn't even come out I heard her behind her door telling her elderly secretary that I missed my appointment the day before.

ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESIONAL AND UNETHICAL. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME.

BESIDES HER OFFICE LOOKING LIKE A JAIL AND THE SCREAMING BABY THAT SHE TAKES TO WORK WITH HER, SHE SHOULD HAVE MENTIONED THAT SHE WAS NO LONGER GOING TO HELP ME, BEFORE I DRIVE UP THERE.

I WOULD NOT ONLY NOT RECOMMEND LEGAL SOLUTIONS BUT I WOULD GO AS FAR AS TO SAY STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THAT PLACE.

Affordable and staff is very efficient. They did a great job in my legal matter and I highly recommend them.

April Nelson & John helped me in beginning of the process acted like they cared & wanted to help with my grandmas situation, they took advantage & didnt help but took a lot of money from my grandma then stopped returning calls & would hang up when I called them. Unprofessional the way the handle the case & situation.. Dont go here seek advice & help else where!!!
