Mr. Heisler started off good but later he treated us rudely. Possibly because he had surgery and was stressed out. Not sure. However, we did lose $1500 where no services were rendered at all.

We know, for sure, his front office receptionist "Brandy" is the worst. She has no sympathy and no feelings. She has an attitude and her voice is always loud and she posses zero Customer Service / Communication skills. She was the reason we decided to not continue with Mr. Heisler.
I think if he changes "Brandy" to someone who is more friendly, he will do much better.

Always late for court (4 hours or more). Plays on his cell phone while court is in session. Flirts with court staff. Should hold a word record for asking for continuances to drag things out so he can make more money. Has no email to contact him. Uses the wrong paperwork in court. Presents himself as very unkempt with suits that do not fit him & hair uncombed. Argues with his clients in the courtroom. No integrity.

He will talk you into a large retainer then give you a hard time when trying to use the retainer for his legal services. Always trying to milk you out of more money while literally doing nothing for you. He sent me a letter saying he is releasing me as a client while I still had about $2,000 bucks left on my retainer with him. Stay away unless you are willing to throw your hard earned money down the drain.

David H Heisler represented me in a family law case and I received more then I was asking for. If you need a family law attorney I would recommend David as one of the best.
