In my particular situation I found this company to be a waste of time and money. Costly error on my part to have hired them.

DO NOT use their service. If I could give 0 star I would! They over charged me, took the money and at the end did Nothing and would not refund back. No helpful at all rather save your money and get help from the court directly.

I really like this firm and they have performed some excellent work and it annoys me that some people out there are lying about them. I have not found them to be liars and certainly have not been lied to. Give them a break and stop complaining!

This office is horrible , I’m dealing with fake eviction and now a garnishment . That they stopped , return money , to turn around re file again . I was never served, landlords were evil crooks renting a place with no permits . We were lied to , 4 years later a garnishment we had no idea about . Attorney John lied , forged signatures . His license has been suspended before . We are now in process reporting him , after they decided re file again . Bunch evil crooks

Do not use this company if you are a landlord, They are crooks, Ms Long the attorney will lie to your face with promises she does not keep and i believe never planned on keeping. They charge to do discovery and then when trial came they sent an attorney that had never seen the discovery. You may get lucky if the eviction is uncontested but you never know so go somewhere else.

Using their service, will get you nailed to the wall...literally.

As a licensed consumer advocate in the State of California, I am compelled to highlight serious allegations against this attorney from hundreds of clients of 'H.G. Long Attorney at Law', 'H.G. Long & Associates' and 'Fast Eviction Service'.

John Mark Edward Bouzane [State Bar #79804] was disciplined with suspension [09-O-10024] by the State Bar twice, once in 2008 and once in 2012, each for two (2) years for maligned practices similar to those currently being repeated by the attorney for the same operational entities & location(s), Helen Grayce Long [State Bar #127735].

In a report to the CA State Bar, I've provided voluminous consumer complaints in excess of 100 pages including but not limited to allegations of malpractice, fraud [including allegations of fraudulently prepared documents], misrepresentation, negligence and unfair business practices on reputable platforms such as the Better Business Bureau, Google, Yelp & Rip-Off Report, amongst others.

Although consumer complaints are not always reliable, and taken in isolation may not alone responsibly provoke investigatory action, corroboration often creates credibility, particularly in consideration of the profusion of complaints with this particular attorney and related organization(s).

Fast eviction is a fraud. These lawyers should be in jail. Never told me what my rights were when I contacted them to file for an eviction that I didn’t need. Defrauded me of $640 that I didn’t have to pay. Here is a piece of advice to whoever is considering using them. If you are renting out one of your rooms in your house to a single occupant and you want to kick them out, there is no need for an eviction process. As long as the room is attached to the main house. By law, all you have to do is to give them a 30 days notice and then after that you can lock them out. These a holes left out the most important information out of our conversation when I hired them. I will be taking them to court to get my money back.

I used Fast Eviction Service on an eviction and my attorney Donna was great! I was glad to have an attorney like her on our side! As far as the company they were upfront with their fees in fact if their were additional fees they always sent consent forms in writing.
It was also nice not to have to chase down an attorney to know the status of our case. They remained in contact with us every step of the way either by phone or email.
They also do a good job on Chat if you need to ask a quick question.NO FEES CHARGED what attorney service do you know of that will do that? Attorney's usually charge you for every second they can get away with.
All that being said I highly RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE!

When I had my trial today, I asked my assigned attorney, Leslie Born, how FastEvict could have negative reviews online. My experience with them has been professional and prompt throughout the entire process, so I kept waiting for the other shoe to drop.

People are more likely to share a negative experience than a positive experience - especially in eviction law, where emotions and costs can run high - so I wanted to be sure to share my positive experience to any of you who might be second-guessing whether to hire this firm.

I was one of the unlucky ones. My tenant raked me over the coals, generously allowing me to sample FastEvict's entire suite of services. From filing an ex parte to advance a demurrer, to dealing with a motion to remove the case from state jurisdiction into federal (I know, right?), and what I can only assume will be his filing for bankruptcy, FastEvict was able to accelerate the process as much as legally allowed.

Apart from Leslie, I vouch in particular for Patti, who spent so much time on the phone calming me down and giving me the facts straight that I felt she was personally invested in my case. On matters like these, especially if you have a tenant like mine, you don't want things sugar-coated.

They served the tenant quickly and legally, to ensure it holds up in court. As soon as the tenant filed an answer, or a court date was set, I heard from FastEvict immediately. They are always available over the phone (during business hours) to update you on your case and explain what to expect.

You can't blame a law firm for the tenant-friendly laws of the state of California (though I understand the temptation!). They made an ugly experience as quick and painless as possible.

This is the company whose service is not professional at all. Lost of hidden charges. Delay service is normal. I meant not just a few days delay. It is few months delay. Every time you called them for questioning. They blamed on the Court. But it is their problem for sure. I will not use their service for sure.

Bad service can you believe I had ask them to send me the defendant, s answer paper 5 times until 3 days prior to court days they had E mail to me.
how can we respond to this things in such short times.
In LA court server can make unexceptiable mistakes cause me time and money to go to the trial.
I will never use their service any more.

My experience with this company has been one of deception, dishonesty, lack of follow through on providing documents but fast and furious to ask for money. Their Attorney, Grayce Long, is a joke. She is very "curt", is annoyed when asked to explain procedures and charges for filings "after the fact". In this case the Federal Judge had made his ruling 4 days BEFORE she filed, Fast Evictions' manager verified that a filing wasn't necessary, because the Federal Judge had already remanded the case back to the local court and had filed his decision. Grayce Long charged $1,000. ANY WAY. I'm still waiting for documents promised to be faxed 2 months ago. Anyone looking for solid professional services should stear clear of this company. Let a word to the wise be sufficient.

I have used Fast Evictions 4 times over the last 5 years. All my evictions have gone well and fast. I own multiple rentals and do not need to be hand fed too much. I don't need constant communication. I pretty much give them the property and they occasionally call and update me as to if I need to be present for court dates or lock outs. They do speak Eviction Jargon which for a typical landlord is above their head.

In working with many landlords doing real estate and property management I find that the landlords who only deal with an occasional tenant eviction have much more apprehension and higher expectations from the eviction attorneys and need more hand holding. FE may not be the company for you. But for me it has worked fine. I have referred other happy clients there.

I don't think Fast Evictions is a hand holding type service. Maybe my evictions were clear cut and I handled my end correctly as well, thus they were easy for FE to get through.

Sometimes when dealing with my tenants I have random questions and I call them and they answer all my questions for free, I like that I don't have to call an attorney and get charged $300 an hour for their advice.

This company is absolutely pathetic.
They can't file one paper correctly.
Nothing but lies from them and empty promises- I was told my tenants would be evicted within 6 weeks and 3 months later we are nowhere close to getting them out so I had to make a settlement with them.
The whole thing cost me over $15K in the end.
I could have gotten them out myself much more efficiently had I known these imbeciles were this bad.
Please, read the reviews on here and yelp and everywhere else and take them to heart, this company should be out of business.
One of the attorneys, John E. Bouzane CA bar 79804, has been suspended by State Bar for lying twice and was not able to practice law for 4 months last year.
Another attorney there, H.G. Long, is currently being investigated as well and it is only a matter of time before these crooks go down.
