I Emailed Reiko J Hicks office, specifically Regina Quintero, to set up a phone appointment.The referral was from the Employee Assistance Program/CLC at my place of employment. Reiko J Hicks office never emailed me back, I checked my Spam folder to make sure. I guess business must be good. CLC has been informed of this office's poor business practices.

If I could give zero stars, I would!
I had a phone appointment sheduled for 7/3 at 11 am, which they confirmed the day before. They did not honor the appointment nor did they contact me to notify me, explain why, or reschedule. Keep in mind, they also had my email. They totally blew me off. Totally unprofessional!
After they failed to honor our phone appointment, I attempted to call, left voicemail, and emailed, no responses. I was able to get through on the phone about 4 hours after my appointment was supposed to take place and the attorney was rude, lied and insisted she called me, interrupted me like a child repeatedly to tell me I am wrong, that she called me when she did not. She then placed me on hold telling me she would verify my phone number but after waiting over 10 minutes I just hung up.
She is arrogant, rude, and unconcerned about customer service. She is dishonest and possibly incompetent. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere as it would be hard to find a less professional, more impolite person. If she can't dial a phone number correctly, or admit she may have dialed the wrong number, do you want to trust her with your legal needs? Keep in mind, her assistant called me the day before, so they did have my correct contact info.
I was referred to her by a legal service that I pay for through my benefit package at work. I have started the process of filing a complaint with them (Hyatt Legal Group) in hopes of having her removed from the list of attorneys.
She will not be able to provide evidence to refute any of my claims and I challenge her to try! Meanwhile, I am still in need of services (a will/trust to protect my child) and a week has passed. This could happen to you!
