this place is horrible , took all of our money and got nothing out of it

I hired this firm for a civil case. The worse possible service,. I paid over $10,000 and got nothing but nightmares. Even the serving process which is the most basic thing they didn't do it right; they were penalized by the court for filling the interrogatories 6 months after the deadline. My case was completely neglected . They change the attorney 2 times without informing me,they took the case off calendar without any notice to me and because of their incompetence and negligence ,my case was stretched from 6 months to more then 2 years. I moved my case to a competent attorney and I will sue them to get my money back.

Do not spend your money here they will not do there job. Go to California bar website to find a better attorney. Please don't go here or waste your money. They took my families money and never worked on the case and have not returned the money though they said they would. MAY THESE PEOPLE ROT IN HELL. They don’t help what so ever and now my case is closed but they are happy because they got there money.

I have a really bad experience with the owner. He went to represent me at court because he couldn't hire an Attorney and wasn't even prepare. The questions the judge ask him he could not answer. He is so fat that he can't even get enough air to breath.
My question is has anybody done something ligally to take them to court.

when i went in to divorce my husband they where charging me 20,000$ its so funny how they think they can outsmart someone Then a few days later i went in to try and fix my mom they said 6,000$ to fix my mom because it was going to be easy , They know that divorcing someone will be easier so lets get extra by charging them 20,000$ Oh but to fix her mom were not gonna win so lets just go by 6,000$ . Provided shredding services for these people since january 2017 was always hard to collect and after July 2017 they never paid their bill.numerous visits to their office and phone calls to no avail. I cant even get my $100.00 shredding container back. Total scammers stay away!!!!! If I could leave a more negative star rating I would.

Please don't ignore the warnings I looked through the reviews and ignored them and still went through the process don't get me wrong their smiles and greeting were very genuine but that's all they are ...just face. I had to be the one to call them every time, they continually changed the time period in which the case would last first they told 3 months then 6 months then, 10 months later they tell me its different for every case and the only reason we had this conversation is because I did my own follow up after I received a letter noting my case was incomplete when I was guaranteed my case was completed right by their staff its been a stressful processes working with them and I mean extremely stressful they are the first law firm I've ever worked with and to be honest the last. It's as if they dragged their feet on purpose to just get away with theft. Don't trust them with what could be the start or end of your life, do your research. Oh and if they say "we are under new management" don't believe them because that's what they told me after I asked them about the bad reviews.

This place is a total scam, please be aware from these people. The lawyer is a fat joke, all he does is sit his fat behind in his little office in the back and jack people for their money. If you see this guy, you will quickly notice that this lawyer has never moved his behind from that chair. He charged me $3500.00 on a case he said it will be easy for him to settle and I might even have extra money after it's all done to refund me, I quickly trusted this guy and come to find out 6 months later he was just making every thing up and trying to bill me another $5000 for a case that he didn't even go to court for and he couldn't even serve the guy I was going after. I STARTED DACA CASE WITH THEM LAST YEAR 2016 NOVEMBER TO RENEW MY DACA AND REQUEST AN ADVANCE PAROLE (AT THE TIME WITH MY VALID DACA) THEY HAD ME GATHER DOCUMENTS NECESSARY ALTHOUGH I HAD ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT THEM MANY TIMES AND LEFT MESSAGES THEY NEVER CONTACTED ME BACK THEY EVEN CHANGED LOCATIONS WITH NO ADVANCED NOTICE TO ME!! IT WAS NOT UNTIL I HAD BEEN GIVEN THE RUN AROUND ABOUT DROPPING OFF MY ADVANCE PAROLE PAPERS THAT I WENT IN BY THIS TIME I HAD BEEN SEEN BY 3 DIFFERENT LAWYERS. MY CASE WAS HANDED OFF FROM “Case analyzer” TO ANOTHER!! It’s now MAY 2017 THIS OFFICE DID NOT WORK ON ANYTHING THEY SAID THEY WERE..I PAID 1500 THAT THEY LATER TOLD ME THEY WERE GONNA USE TO SUBMIT AN ALTERNATE PETITION !!! IT WAS MY FAULT FOR SIGING THE NEW AGREEMENT TO USE THE FUNDS FROM THE PERVIOUS CASE (THAT WAS NEVER WORKED ON) FOR THIS “NEW CASE” WHAT A LOAD OF BULL!!! THE SAME DAY I SIGNED GOT THE NEW AGREEMENT I SAW A DIFFERENT LAWYER THAT TOOK CARE OF MY DACA RENEWAL IN 2 MONTHS AND ONLY BILLED ME 600$!!!!!

This is a fake law firm all they want is your money and after they get it they will never call you or notify you about your case you have to chase them around all the time I don't recommend anyone goes to this law firm worst lawyers service ever in the world and the assistance there don't know what the hell is going on and nobody will ever return your call please save yourself the trouble and do not go to them or Pay them you only lose your money and you will lose your case is a waste of time and I will call the Bar Association and disbar these people they are doing illegal things they have moved from offices and never notified me and I've never seen the lawyer that has been taking my case they always give the runarounds please do not go to this law firm they are fake !!!!!! Very bad service they only steal the money I have asked on several occasions as my case is going and I never get calls back. It's good to call the bar of Lawyers and explain them the situation.

A must if you need an attorney. They practice real estate, immigration, bankruptcy , civil or criminal laws.

They should not even deserve one star! They robbed my money saying I had a great case and that they would keep in contact with me. Months later they said that I dont have a case! I asked them for a reimbursement and they refused so I filed a complaint to the San Bernardino County Bar Association Fee Arbitration. Do not I REPEAT do not go to them or make any type of business with them!

Well currently a client and am very worried about my case. I have called several times to no avail. Now going on second week to try and speak to someone about just where we or they are at with the case and a simple we are working on it Mr. Barrios something to put me at ease but yet nothing. Worried because I just just read some of the reviews especially the ones that appear to have had same issue I'm having with no response for something so simple. Can anyone please oh please HELP ME? This place is bad I DEFINITELY WOULDN'T RECOMMEND A FRIEND to come on in the service is bad they tell you give us your money and runaway with it will call you but they never do what they promise.
