I'm sorry that you felt as though we didn't take you or your potential case seriously. Unfortunately we get more than 25 calls a week asking if we will accept a new case. Many of those cases aren't even in our specialty.
While we try to give everyone who calls sound advice, we can only fully review a fraction of the potential clients that call and we only accept a fraction of those cases that we review. Again, I apologize for my office not communicating with you to your satisfaction.

I am leaving a 1star rating because I'm not allowed to leave zero Stars! I would leave a zero Star rating if I could though. Everything started out good when first talking with Janet and this Law Firm. Unfortunately they dropped the ball on me!! I was referred to the law offices of Patricia Law by another law firm. I spoke with Janet who explained what needed to be done so that that attorney had all the information that she needed to look over my case and to decide if this was a case she would like to proceed with. After not hearing back from them after 3 days. I decided to call Janet back. I spoke with Janet again and she explained to me that the attorney was not interested in my case. Janet or the law firm at Patricia law never reached out to call me and let me know that they were not taking my case!! I was told I have a limited time frame to get this stuff done and yet they didn't have any respect to call me and tell me that they were not interested in my case!! That is very unprofessional period!!!
I would never recommend the law offices of Patricia law due to the fact that they are unprofessional when it comes to dealing with cases like mine!!
This is just my opinion and it's meant to warn future clients. If you're looking for an attorney that cares about what you're going through and takes the time to actually go over your case then don't look here because I would not recommend this place or attorney! They lack compassion and they do not inform you when there are changes within your case or of any changes period! Look elsewhere!!
