Ii decided to open this yelp account to review attorney Metz. My story is really complicated but i want to tell you what a great lawyer he is. My company fired me and then said my injury didnt happen. We went to court 3 times and he got all the records from my doctors and then even though i was sooooooo scared we went to trial. He spent all this time with me getting me ready for the trial and he is sooooo confident he made me feel confident. I felt like he knew all the answers and the attorney for the other side really seemed kinda afraid. The company attorney had a coworker testify and it was like on TV where attorney Metz should him documents and the coworker had no answer. The coworker tried to say I didnt have certain duties at my job and attorney Metz showed him in the papers he got that my coworker was wrong. I really respect how hard attorney Metz worked for me. We won the case!!!!! Now im going to get treatment and a settlement. I HIGHLY recommend attorney Metz

I had a workmens comp case that settled last week and john metz was a fighter and a great attorney. I had three injuries and he was able to settle them at the same time. The company wanted me to pay back money even though the doctor said i couldnt work and john metz fought for me to not have to pay them back. His staff was very easy to talk to and Metz saw me and called me when i had questions. The best part is that he fought for me and my injurys and he got me a VERY fair settelment.

I'm revising my personal review of this company. While my spouse's case was eventually handled, closed and in fairness, Mrs. Velasquez was a nice lady who was helpful for the most part, there were still lingering after effects which hurt us both because certain things were not resolved correctly. We did reach out to ask about this, and nothing was resolved. Never once did the attorney reach out until at the end of the case. I've read many reviews on here of other people having a bad experiences, some are anonymous, in which they are accused of being a competitor or told to go else where. I think we should of done just that. We should of went to someone else who would of respected us and value us as clients. I should of seen the red flags and read all of the reviews, especially the negative one and how they were responded back too.

He went to court for me 3 times and did an emergency court case and got my money going. He has all this sports stuff in his office which should tell you how he loves to compete and fight for you. My attorney was John Metz and as a former claims adjuster, I can tell you that he is the best I have ever seen. And take it from me, I am an expert. My case was complicated due to pre-existing conditions and when the Agreed doctor on my case gave a result that wasn't correct, John Metz took his deposition and he changed his mind. He is a VERY skilled lawyer and knows how deal with tricky insurance companies. He is really the best I have ever seen in my over 30 years of adjusting.

I am current client of John K Metz, I have called many times and I never hear back from Monica. When I am able to talk with Monica she states she will call me back but never does! Monica did this 10-15 times to me! I still haven't heard back my answers. I asked to speak with John and the lady answering the calls and Monica says ‘NO” he is at court and that’s what we are here for. My advice is stay away from this law office. They will take your calls and when they accept your case they ignore you! I have to write this review anonymous because I don’t want them to know who I am that will affect my outcome of the case. Monica will not keep you in touch about your case! Anyone is better than her!

While working in a dental office I hurt my back. Even though my employer tried to help me the insurance gave me a hard time. I went to see Mr. Cleveland for a consultation.
