Do not trust these people, they will steal your money and provide no service at all. The lawyer was late knew nothing about my custody case and has not answered or returned any of my calls... I robbed for $2000 by the owner Robert Juarez

So I read the reviews before coming in and truthfully I was given the attention needed. I have absolutely no complaints. My divorce paperwork was done in a professional manner without any problems. Roberto Juarez was attentive to my questions and case. I recommend this office.

DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME!!! PLEASE READ!!!!The only reason I’m giving it one star is because Monique and Samantha and Robert JR were very nice in assisting me and responding to my eviction. But as far as Robert Senior the owner he has no morals or standards and does not know how to speak with clients and is very rude has anger management problems gives you the runaround and yells at his kids very unprofessional I do not recommend this place I thought I’d give them a chance even though they have bad reviews but they are in fact what the reviews state Unfortunately this business should be put to an end

I was very skeptical after paying for a service here and not reading the reviews before hand. I really was not at ease but my court case was in May 2019 and I was very please after everything worked out. The only downside to this whole process was that the paralegal(forgot his name) was a total a$$hole, I would call to get more information on my case and he would sound upset at the questions I wanted answered or simply told me he would call me back and I wouldn't get a call back at all. I didn't meet the actual lawyer until the day of the court hearing but he was very professional had read my case and made me feel at ease. Overall I was pleased minus the few hiccups I had with the paralegal.

Recourse has worked wonders for me involving my child custody case. It was impossible to get custody of my sons. Till i was reffered to recourse. Robert juarez knew exactly what needed to be done . It wasnt long till i got the respect i deserved as a loving father in this terrible court system.

It doesn't let me give them negative stars or I would they took advantage of me when I was at a low in my life I paid them in full and once I did. That was it never answer calls never filed the divorce, but they told me they did the only reason I found out they hadn't is because 1 month after they said they did, my wife served me. Then they apologized and talked another big game but again never did anything and now this women liar Monique liar biggest liar. Won't answer phone won't answer texts or emails and she had access to my personal info I will have to report it as fraud in case they use my info. Robert was very helpful is assisting me with 2 evictions. He and his staff were very responsive and produced the evictions in a very timely manner. I had a very positive experience at Recourse.

I had a horrible experience with this company, Robert the paralegal and his wife who runs the office and acts like a paralegal but is not!
I hired Robert to file for divorce. When months have gone by I would call to get follow up and would get blown off. I would have to drive to the office to get answers and I would be lied to about where my paper work was. One day the intern misplaced it, the next would be its at the court, next would be Robert has it but isn't answering his phone so I DEMANDED my paperwork and went somewhere else. My new paralegal found so many errors that would of hurt me in court if they had actually submitted it. No money was returned to me.
Do not use this business.

I went in there on June 2013, the receptionist was not rude, Monique was awesome and attentive to my needs. She was also very knowledgeable, honest, and upfront and caring.
I guess you have to go into this office with your eyes wide open and open mind and be educated to the task at hand that you need them to work on for you.
Don't put this office down, just because your experience was bad, maybe it was your fault for thinking negative and having a bad attitude.
