I had questions on a trust for my mother in law and Met a man named Robert who works at this institution. He answered all of my questions and I too, had doubt when reading the reviews but I was in shock how quickly he got my wife’s mother trust done. Then we reviewed it and he explained what everything meant. He really did break it down for me, my wife and my mother in law. We then got it notarized no problem. I’m coming back if I need any other legal matters take care of. Thanks for all the help Robert.

I want the let everyone know about this office Recourse Legal document assistant, they are scam/fraud office. They did not do as they promised. If you are reading this, which mean you’re searching, doing your homework which office you can trust for your legal help. Definitely NOT THIS PLACE. I made big mistake cost me $1250 to learn a lesson. Here’s what happened then you judge for yourself.
We went to this office on 01/16/2019 looking for help filing a proper paperwork to get child support monthly payments lower from my husband previous relationship, since my husband and I just had a newborn baby. Because last year the judge told my husband, when I have a baby, he can file a new paperwork to get child support monthly payment reduced. However, we don’t know what paperwork/form to file, so we went to this Recourse Legal office which they are advertised that what they do. We paid $450 for Robert Juarez to do, he’s the manager or owner. 1st he said $700, my husband got home down to $450, still a lot for just filing it. This is just filing, and we had to self-represent at court. He said if we want a lawyer to be there with us, additional $1000. My husband got him down to $800. We didn’t get to meet the lawyer, he said the lawyer would call us a day before the court date. Then meet at court On 02/13/2019, the judge dismissed the case because he said my husband didn’t file the RFO which is the proper paperwork for child support monthly payment reduced. My husband asked the lawyer, the lawyer said he didn’t prepare the paperwork, my husband needs to blame on the person that prepare the paperwork and file it which was Robert Juarez this office. The lawyer said he does not work for this Recourse Legal office, he just got hired to be there for the amount of $250. We called Recourse Legal office and talked to Robert asking him to make it right, But he refused. We told him, we paid him the total of $1250 already just to file proper paperwork and he didn’t. He wasted our time, money and energy at court for nothing. We thought he would say sorry and make it right, but he didn’t. He already cash our check, so what can’t we do??? He hang up the phone on us. Now I looked at other reviews, all 1 star. I should research and read the reviews, I didn’t. It was an expensive lesson I learned. Please be careful with this office, they are horrible, bad service and scam!!!!

Pathetic, they have themselves 5 stars below. First of all these people are very unprofessional. First time i met with Monique she called a lawyer down the street from her office "retarded." I'm always getting the runaround. They NEVER return your calls or emails, EVER. if you want to give away your money go see them. Def A scam. You are better off filling paperwork yourself. She fills out the forms incorrectly anyways. Haha. Gtfo

I was robbed for $2000 by the owner Robert Juarez.... Robert never returned any of my calls, when my girlfriend called she was treated with disrespect... The lawyer Robert provided showed up late didnt know anything about my case... When I called to ask for receipt of what services were provided the owner Robert lied and still has not returned any of my calls as of 8-1-18... I had to find another lawyer to help me out with my open court case... Dont be fooled by the owner lies... I trusted him and lost $2000

I read the reviews and it all seemed like some people are complaining for services they didn't paying for. I sat down with Robert and he new exactly what I needed for my divorce case. At this point in time, he has been pleasant, professional and courteous to answer all my questions.

People you have to do your own homework if you dont want to pay the higher attorneys. Stop complaining. Robert, thanks for your help.

Robert has been handling all of my legal matters for the last 10 years.

I don’t even want to think how much he has saved me in attorney fees. I refer all friends and family to him because I know that he works very closely with them and his staff.

Robert, you are being dishonest. We never told you we were married. We told you I was his fiance which does not mean we are married. Maybe you should look up the term fiance. You never returned phone calls or emails. We have all the phone records and emails. You are a scam artist. All my bf was asking for was a break down of the attorney fees and you can not even provide that. I am going to news outlets and if need be we will proceed to taking legal actions. There is no proof that you had any attorney represent my bf. All the reviews you have are negative except the ones you gave yourself. Even the attorney did not have proof of payment from you. That says a lot about you and your business you run. We will make sure that everyone knows about your company. And your declaration you provided is a joke. Our children could have written a better declaration. You should probably reconsider going back to school. Oh and by the way it's our not are but you should know that since you went to school to be a paralegal. Btw everyone we got custody of his son no thanks to this company. Save yourselves the headache and money by avoiding this company. They dont even know what the hell they are talking about.

Always giving my mom the wrong forms nothing but the runarounds... So frustrating!
