Howell is the worst lawyer I ever met we hired him on a probate matter he failes to answer our response to court on a timely manner his reason was he had vacations planned .. he stalled court over and over with lies and kept telling us everything is ok !!! as the result we are about to loose our home we have hired 2 lawyers to clean up his mess we are out of pocket 25 k ... he is inrresposible and Tiffany is not a gd legal assistance lies to clients just bills without doing any work this is awful after we found out what was going on he doesn't return any calls !!! know we have to hire an appellate lawyer to try to save our home ... be careful this lawyer says he doesn't carry liability insurance so if he screws up he will say I'm sorry //by law he has an obligation to disclose this when a client is signing his retainer be careful with this lawyer ... he is a professional liar shame on him and the worst part is our retainer did not disclose any of this we trusted him blindly we assume he is a lawyer he knows what he is doing he actually doesn't not right to play with people's life's .. if he couldn't do the work or did not know a clue about probate why take our money and time ..

My ex-wife hired an attorney which prompted me to do so for our divorce. Torrence Howell was highly recommended from a friend of mine who used Torrence’s services for a divorce just like mine. The results came out much better than he ever thought it would. With all things being equal I felt Torrence would be able to achieve the same results for me and he did. All of my correspondences were with Tiffany after the initial meeting I had with Torrence. Tiffany would always answer my questions within the next business day or less via email, or I would just call if I needed a quick answer. She was professional and easy to talk with. She would explain things to me in layman's terms so I would understand what to do and she was always very patient. Torrence got me the divorce I needed and I can sleep at night. I now know there aren’t any loose ends that can come back at me later. I think what mostly made this a success was the knowledge and experience of Torrence and Tiffany. Torrence was straightforward with me and didn’t charge a penny more than what his reasonable quote was. That is someone who I want on my side.

Tory takes care of business. I trust him completely. I lean on Tory’s good nature even if it’s not in his ‘wheelhouse’. Like ALL relationships, (businesses or personal), you get what you pay for. Also a positive outcome is very contingent on how honest you are about your problem/troubles; and how well you communicate your needs in the beginning of the relationship.
