RUN, don't walk as fast as you can from this guy. I've had to file a malpractice suit and a Misconduct Claim with the California State Bar because this guy: failed to file a case as promised; failed to respond to potentially dispositive motions filed by the opposing party; failed to attend mandatory court hearings, and more. His breach of the contract pursuant to which I was supposed to be represented by Mr. Scarcella is classic malpractice. DO NOT HIRE THIS CROOK.

Chris Scarcella assisted my parents with their family Trust. HIs thoroughness, kindness and knowledge comforted my folks with legacy decisions. A truly honorable gentleman.

If I could give less than a zero or see that Mr. Scarcella loses his attorney license, I would be pleased. No one should have to go through the hoops that my partner and I have been going through. FIrst off, we want our retainer back. Second, you never answer our calls or certified letters and personally since we hired you from afar we don't even know if you are a real person or if your law office is a front for some drug operation. We gave you numerous chances to prove us wrong. He is a busy young lawyer etc. Then you FAIL to show up to court and you get a $500 penalty for a no show. I don't want anyone to have to go through this hell.

Chris is very professional, honest and knowledgeable. His guidance throughout the whole experience was exceptional. He has been a great communicator both via email, on the phone and in person as well. He was WONDERFUL to work with.
