A big thank you to Richard !!!!! I’ll never forget the help you gave me

I have gone to this business many times already, enough to say that Richard is amazing. Richard is nice, patient, and very hard working. He helped me through my divorce and always responded to my questions and everything got done in a timely manner. Also, when I was being harrassed by my neighbor Richard did all the paperwork and thanks to him we got a successful restraining order on my neighbor. I had been to other places and all they care about is your payment method, Richard cares about your situation above all.

I used this service to help me with filing and serving in my injury claim against another insurance company. They assured me that the service process would occur quickly and that I would know when it happened. They also provided me with a lot of info to help me with when it came to appearing in court. Thanks again Richard and Monica.

This place is very unprofessional... Richard handled a case for me back in 2016... From the beginning everything was a set back but I guess he didn't care because he got paid upfront so no loss on his end... He was never available and when he did answer the phone he was busy and had to call me back... He could never find my paperwork... Till this very day I have problems with my paperwork everywhere I go because my paperwork wasn't filed correctly... Everytime I reach out to ask Richard a simple question he still doesn't have time and can't find my paperwork... Just earlier today Richard hung up on me so I went to another place called "USA people" I didn't even have to call... I just walked in and they told me exactly what I had to do and got it all handle and it only took less than 2 minutes... If I could give him a negative 5 star I would do it in a heartbeat

I had the pleasure of dealing with Richard regarding a legal matter that was going to require legal documents being filed and much research. Richard AT NO COST to me listened attentively AND guided me through the research and court filing process. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs assistance with court filings and legal document information. Should I need assistance in the future, I would hire him at whatever his fees are because he shows professionalism and the willingness to help without over charging.
