Kandy Sullivan is easily one of the most unprofessional people that I have ever met. Kandy does not care about the children and what (we) they have to say. I was only 17 at the time and right from the start without even knowing me, the first thing Kandy told me was " Hmm well I've heard a lot about you". From there, she has been extremely hostile towards my siblings and I. What kind of grown woman treats children like that? She never cared about what I had to say or wanted to listen to. It seemed like she didn't pay attention to anything I was saying and she only paid attention/ listened to what SHE wanted to hear so she could find a way to twist our words. Numerous times, she has twisted my words and tried to turn it against me. She cuts her clients off while they are speaking and tries to argue with them. I would be telling her my side and she would cut me off and made it seem like she was against me by trying to argue with me. This isn't an argument or to see who is right or wrong with each other. I didn't understand because I thought she was supposed to represent us rather than be against us. If she wanted the best interest then it would have shown but that is obviously not what she wants. I would also email her or try to call and never once got anything back. I hope no one has to go through the pain she has caused and is still causing my siblings and I. She continues to make things worse rather than better. I definitely do not recommend.

Sullivan was unprofessional. She had the children upset and feeling frustrated. The kids have brought it up to me many times. She has been biased since day 1 and tries to give parenting advice rather than what’s in the best interest of the children; her job isn’t to give parenting advice. She doesn’t listen to both parties and judges pretty quickly. She lied to the judge, lied on forms and didn’t allow party B to see what was submitted to the courts and didn’t provide the discovery that party B requested. She continues to ruin lives because she “judges a book by its cover.” A good “advocate” would listen to both parties rather than quickly shut them down. She believes she is holier than thou.

Kandy Sullivan is a miserable woman who takes sides without investigating the truth and very bias against men! Very rude to me and my children who were very upset with whole process! ZERO STARZ

Ms. Sullivan is 100 percent bias against fathers and ALWAYS recommends that the Court rules in favor of mothers. She absolutely refuses to hear both sides.
I give her zero stars.

Kandy Sullivan has not returned my calls or emails. While trying to explain before the case, she disregarded anything I had to say and only stood for the other party.

Nicole lied on court papers and checked boxes unfavorable to the spouse. According to my husband she never let my husband see what he was signing or the boxes she was checking. She lied stating that our children have lived with my husband for past 3 months when they have been living with me.Why would she lie? To sway the judge into beleiving my husband should receive the joint physical he asked for because he already has been living with the kids? Isnt it unethical to lie on forms. Also according to my husband the firm did not advise him he had exceeded the 30 days to respond and that i could possibly get a default judgement, i guess they rather take his money and file a response checking boxes the client didnt agree to , like spousal support. How could the firm not advise my husband that spousal support cannot be taken from my older childrens support from X. To give him. Me and my husband already agreed to a set dollar amount for child support yet Nicole failed to even check the box for child support. My husband said he didnt ask for spousal support.
It appears Nicole checked unfavorable boxes to drag the case on to keep taking naive people's money and ruining families and not trying to even support a collaborative divorce or a parental agreement but to keep couples fighting. It isnt a stress free firm, as their web portrays it to be, in my opinion, checking boxes that are unfavorable to the opposing side, is stress ful and furthur builds tension between the couples when she couldve just checked boxes we agreed to. In my opinion she did this so she can collect money for the greedy firm. She only took his money and wrote up stuff that would mean i would need to reply, stuff i could not possibly agree to, and then he would have to reply and waste more of his money. I hope he is smart enough to spend his money else where ( well, our money , right. Community property). I called monday asking for a conformed copy and still havnt received it and neither him nor i know what , if anything was actually filed with court. Nicole also put a number on the papers she served me and claims its my husbands number, which it is not. It is not a secret phone number, according to my husband. Why would my husband have a number that only Nicole has and knows about, because the number isnt the number we have had for years. Strange. Did she make an error? It appears she made several errors. . She also attached a separate sheet pf paper with our name spelled wrong and asked for those assets to be determined as community property. According to my husband he did not agree to that because i checked the box, which states no assets, to help him , because his truck and settlements in the marriage exceed the debt and any " appliance", and by her checking those boxes it was actually unfavorable to her client, i looked on bar association and was unable to find out anything regarding the firm. On the web, no first names are listed. Does this firm have a bar number?. I did see a Anita middleton, i beleive on the bars web. I will be putting my complaint in to the bar as to why paralegals at this firm are allowed to check boxes clients did not agree to and then not give a copy to the client, according to my husband, i will ask the bar to investigate why Nicole is falsifying information on court documents, ie, lying about the actual and current address of children and with whom they live. According to my husband, he stated they visit at his mothers address but never told Nicole they live there which they dont. I also thought it was standard protocol to give the other party a stamped or conformed copy immediately after the filing, as there is a limited response time allowed by court. Nicole knows this , i hope. Is this why she hasnt sent me out a stamped copy? Or is it because they never filed my husbands papers. I hope to have an amended copy filed with court that is accurate. I hope they dont bill my husband. The service was mediocre at best, and in my opinion inadequate and incomplete ,i would give no stars if i could.
