I’ve been in contact with Ana and she has now updated me and on top of my case. Looks like some issues with Immigration website and was not able to get information. Office has apologized for my case being overlooked but now in good hands.

Attorney reviewed the letter and told me right there and then what he needed to do . I did everything he asked and in less than 3 mths I had my permanent residency card ! ! My process took a long time do to going to someone unprofessional the first time and did all my paperwork wrong ! But thanks to this Law office I was able to fix my immigration status ! Everyone who works here are very caring and very professional Ana helped me out she's one of the assistants there and she was very good in keeping me updated . Couldn't thank them enough !
