Worst law office I've ever used. Filed a small claims suit and prepared all documents for a car accident and they made mistakes all over. Defendant had reversed out of private driveway to Main Street and Tboned me. The law office never reviewed any of the doctors paperwork that were filled with mistakes and incorrect paperwork. Their paperwork claimed a completely different account of the accidents and even included paperwork that had nothing to do with the case causing me my suit, don't waste your time here because they will give you the run around after your claim has been denied. I've been unable to reach the attorney since having my claim denied. Don't waste your time here with this office, they can't even get a simple open and shut case taken care of when I clear had right of way and arbitration had already put the other party a fault.

All it took was one phone call and all is well

I created an account JUST so I could leave this review. I've never had to deal with an accident lawyer before so I really have nothing to compare it to, that being said this was one the worst, most stressful experiences of my life. The people that work at McNally law office lack an incredible amount of professionalism. Communication was unbelievably poor, even after expressing to them my discontent with their communication, nothing changed. Calls were barely returned, tons of attitude when they actually did. The whole process took a little over 2 1/2 years, in that time I think I spoke to Frank, the lawyer dealing with my case, was about five times. And of those five times I'm pretty sure four of them were him simply returning my calls. At one point he did call and apologize for how long everything was taken and explain that this is normal. I expressed to him that my frustration was not with the amount of time that it was taken, it was it with the lack of updates leading up to my settlement. He explained that he understood and he will keep me up-to-date whenever there was a new change with the case, but that didn't happen. For example, at one point he told me he had reached a number with the insurance company he was going to email me a release. A week and a half go by no release comes. I call in to the office asking what's going on, and one of the assistants says that the lawyer hasn't reached a settlement. I tell her yes we have I just spoke to Frank a little over a week ago he said they HAD reached a number a release would be emailed. She says to me well if he hasn't emailed you a released he must be still working on the case… This is my point why wasn't I informed? Why are changes being made to what I'm being told and no one's giving any sort of update? I understand they have other cases going on and I had previously told Frank that I wasn't interested in getting a phone call every day or every week simply send an email, call if necessary, but an email would be fine if there's any changes or updates to what's going on. Am I happy with my settlement, given how I was affected and what I had to go through with the accident specifically, sure. But if it's an overall satisfaction with the lawyer, the accident, the settlement, communication etc...I am completely unsatisfied. Take your business elsewhere. Do your research and find a lawyer that actually is invested in the situation to the point where he can let you know what's going on when things are going on if I could give this place -5 stars I would. Take your business elsewhere.
