Her condescending tone is enough to ruin your entire day, along with being straight up rude over phone and e-mails on several occasions. She used little to no greeting even though I greeted her and she just hung up right after my last sentence without leaving me with an opportunity to ask anything else.

Mr. McMillan is a top notch attorney in the field of immigration. He works hard and get's the job done. He is very experienced and talented as an attorney and I highly recommend him. However, be cautious of one of his office helpers, Maria. She is the worst person to deal with I have every encountered in my life. She is rude, unhelpful, demanding and very hard to understand due to her extremely thick accent. She is the only flaw in an otherwise perfect Law Office. She needs to realize she is there to provide service to clients and treat them with respect. Clients should not have to endure the unpleasantness of dealing with her. I don;'t know who she thinks she is but she is nothing but a worker with very poor people skills and a revolting attitude.
