I have a new policy. I do not sign arbitration agreements, period. I found an attorney who I wanted to work with, he handed me an arbitration agreement and I told him that I do not sign arbitration agreements. I recommend no one to sign them. My experiences with this organization was very bad. I would not recommend anyone to use this organization under any circumstances what-so-ever. If you have a case with this organization I recommend you to not choose Eli Chernow. I chose him because he advertised that he went to Harvard University. His actions did not match his skills, in my opinion. I hold him responsible for dragging my arbitration process along for more than one year. He also had, what I consider, inappropriate out bursts in the sessions. In one session he blurted out "oh really". It was really strange. There is no accountability in the organization. And the organization even implied to me that it is essentially "ok" for the organization to be corrupt. I seriously do not recommend this organization.
