She was just as good as Antonio. She would email when she needed documents or respond at least a day later when I had a question.

Then my case was transferred to Monica Montini. She would pick and choose when she responded to my emails. So I had to be very selective as to what I would ask her. Phone calls almost the same thing. My case was then taken over by a different paralegal by the name of Janeth García with an assistant by the name of Gustavo Mariscal. Gustavo would rarely respond to any emails not phone calls. It wasn't until the end of my wife's case did he respond more frequently. Janeth was attentive to concerns wife and I had.
