They refused to give me my full retainer back 3400 and kept a thousand dollars of it so in the end 2400. I would in my opinion based on my experience say that makes them crooks. When I asked for my money they offered me counter representation plans in Liu of returning the money 3400. After I made it clear I did not need an exustive high dollar review of my issues, the plan changed. They then offered me a plan to do a nine thousand dollars governors pardon. After they knew I wanted my money back the pardon instead of 9000 dollars, became 2400 dollars...(which was the balance from the original 3400 minus the 1000) That really says it all first a review for 3400, than a new plan for 9000 and than when I refused that they offered to cut the price to 2400, to avoid returning any money to me. Lesson learned, when the attorney refuses to do what you want and instead offer you a review, which is only going to be a preamble to a second offer of representation that is based in financial fantasy or a pre determined plan to keep the 3400, by scaring you away with the second quote... run away from them!

It's a law firm with no ethics nor professionalism. They charged me $4000 dollars for a service that never provided and refuse to refund the money claiming that they earned it. Those poor thieves are hungry for the money. Don't let them still your money the way they stole mine. Hire someone else with more ethics and honesty.

I did talk to Moaddel's staff before writing my post. I understand that there are expenses that have to be covered. I was willing to negotiate a refund yet I was not expecting a full refund. Unfortunately Moaddel staff threatened me saying that I was gonna end up paying extra money for the service they never provided. Of course they will claim that there's no record associated with my case yet I still have the contract and some evidence of how they neglected me as a customer. It's only $4000 dollars. Not worth the stress and hustle of fighting for the refund. But that doesn't mean that I won't be writing reviews all over the place. I can speak up and tell everyone how I was treated as a customer. After a full year of neglecting my case and keeping it frozen without even attempting to make any progress at all they still claimed that they have earned my money??? Big rip off this Moaddel law firm. All they had to do was a simple expungement. They took advantage of me in a very dishonest way.

In all honestly walking into this place I thought I was going to receive top notch work, but boy was i wrong. VERY WRONG. The firm is money hungry, all they care about is you paying them. I have finished paying my retainer fee because they said the faster i pay the sooner i will get results. I PAID AS FAST AS I COULD and its 6 months later and NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. they finally received what "they had been waiting for" but now all of a sudden the firm is reassigning my bother a different lawyer. Its finally time for them to get down to business and they've left my brother without an attorney. until further notice. TOTAL BS. I call to talk to someone and i just get transferred from one person to the next, and at the end of it all they can say is "we will call you back" and then never do. seriously, the WORST!
