Not sure if the people with the rave reviews here on google are relatives, or friends or what. We just had a horrific experience in a restraining order case with Robert representing my friend. The other side came in with an inch thick of documents five minutes before the hearing, intimidated my friend Robert was representing, as well as appearing to intimidate Robert himself (according to those present). In advance of the hearing, my friend and his reps suggested to Robert "aren't we supposed to prepare documents, and have character witnesses, etc" to be prepared? and he said, "no we'll just go in and answer their questions." Then Robert advised my friend strongly to sign a document, telling him it's the best he was going to get, and it's actually about the worst he could have gotten, short of NO parental visitation with child. And it NEVER occurred to Robert to FILE FOR A CONTINUANCE, like so many other attorneys do when presented with new evidence at the last meeting, so that he and my friend could go home and review the NEW DOCUMENTS and evidence the other side was presented. My friend wants his money back and we will voice our concern within the legal community in all legal ways possible. You can be sure of that SIR.
