If only words could describe what this con artist put my family through. She was originally hired to litigate a trust despite matter in CA. She is from WA and did not disclosed that to anyone. Instead of listening to the clients to litigate the dispute, she filed charges close to $100k in legal bills and when we refused to pay because she was not doing her job she exercised a “power of sale” on the property of the Trust, which allows her to sell the property to pay her legal fees. She apparently saw this from a mile away and used the situation to unjust enrich herself and foreclosure on the property which none of the clients wanted. We had to fire her and hire another attorney who explained to us that she was just charging us billable hours. Our new attorney has known of her several years and confirmed that she has done burned several other clients in the past with the same situation. Shortly there after she ended up suing us for more fees. Tell me this isn't ironic.. we ended up having to hire another attorney to deal with her fictitious legal bill... RUN! Whatever you do, RUN as far away from this con artist. You have no idea the 5 year we have all been thru. She literally ended up with more than 1/3 of the home value for doing absolutely nothing!! Please don’t make our same mistake. Using this horrible woman WILL BE ONE OF THE GREATEST MISTAKES OF YOUR LIFE! 5 years and 2 lawsuits just to deal with terminating her.

I had a great experience with Ms. Ladley. When you hire a lawyer you sign a retainer which clearly states hourly or % fee of what your attorney will charge. We did a % based contingency and all went well for us. I noticed in a previous review by ED that Ms. Ladley didn't disclose being in Washington state, if you take time to read her website it clearly states 2 offices, 1 in SoCal and the other in Washington. We had no issues in understanding the separate locations. It seems ED is simply disgruntled as he/she/they posted photos of a "Notice to Client's Right to Arbitration" that clearly shows addresses of both offices. AND it seems Pallen Partners and ED are the same entity leaving bad review.
We actually referred a dear friend to Ms. Ladley and she is hard at work on their trust case.

Please if you're looking for a good lawyer DO NOT come here. This woman is strictly in it for the money and does NOT care about you!! she charges $69 if she returns your call and if you've missed her call she charges for that as well. She is a money hungry person. WATCH OUT for the elderly with money because she will suck them dry for every cent in their name. She has charged me over $10,000 and did not care about my case whats so ever. DO NOT COME TO THIS WOMAN SHE IS A MONEY HUNGRY VAMPIRE WHO DOES NOT CARE. She charged me over $500 for a piece of paper that she sent to my whole family which did not need to be sent and sent papers to the wrong people and charged me for her errors. STAY AWAY.
