I hired Daniel to settle a debt and after Daniel was paid he did nothing. After months of no action and mostly unanswered messages, I finally became resigned to the fact he had no intention of doing anything on my issue. I write this with the hopes those that read this will not have to go through what I did. If you check the google profile or yelp for his San Diego office you will see reviews by others who he has done this to. Do yourself a favor and find a different lawyer.
