The person who called me regarding my mother's case from your office hung up on me, so I called back in 5 seconds, she picked up and was rude, aggressive! beside her attitude she told me that I have a very thick accent and I had to slow down!
Yes I have an accent even though I went University in the USA and living here for 20 years, I still do have an accent, thick one I didn't know but that is ok! She is working in an immigration law office! Everyone calling mostly will have that! The next person who called me didn't have any problem understanding me, and I informed her that I will write this review.

she is awful lawyer, and unprofessional, her staff are so rude and aggressive, she is horrible horrible lawyer. she doesn't care about the people and their case and their life, they just get a money from you and say goodbye don't trust her and find out good lawyer out there, if you want to burn your money and file awful and irregular case to immigration and lose your future you can choose her as an attorney. do not forget you can met her just one time when you want to pay money to her, after pay you can not find her at all. even they are not be able to change your address on immigration office.

Judy Wood is a great attorney because she cares about other people. She has helped many people in this world, including her many clients. She helps people come into this country, get green cards, and get citizenship. She has helped people from all over the world, including Los Angeles. She’s the best.

Please save yourself time and money. Hire a competent lawyer who actually does what she is supposed to. Every time we were called into the office we were left waiting 2-3 hours and still left without being seen. Her staff is incompetent pointing fingers at each other, claiming they didn’t know who scheduled the appointments. Mrs Wood did not even take time to acknowledge us at any point during the 7 years we wasted waiting for her to do her job.Their unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Ended up hiring another attorney.
