Highly recommend for worker’s compensation

First in for most thank you for all at the Law Offices of Wax & Wax for your help through this past year of my Worker’s Compensation case.
I would have to say I’m very pleased with the legal counsel throughout and the final outcome that Wax & Wax provided me with.
My review is for both, Alan Wax & Robert Castillo. I was lucky enough to be in contact with both of these gentlemen during my duration of my case (from 2017-2018).

When things started to get confusing with my worker’s compensation representatives and doctors, I then called Wax and Wax in May 2017 and I was then transferred to Robert who is in office of time; I was then consulted the legality of my case the same day of my phone call on what to do next as far as legal counsel (phone call was free of charge).
After having many back-and-forth phone calls throughout the last week or so during the first initial phone call, I then met Alan Wax at one of his offices in Valencia (where I am located & was beneficial for him being close by).

When I first met Alan he was very straight to the point, diligent and definitely knew what he was talking about (i.e. his knowledge in worker’s compensation cases). Alan Wax is very much a master of his field; he explained details to myself on anything I didn’t know or had questions on. With his experience in Worker’s Compensation and along with his confidence, I felt comfortable taking on this case with him on my side.

Not only was Alan a great help but the unsung hero of this case of mine would have to be Robert Castillo. I was always able to reach out to Robert with every question/concerns and there weren’t any questions/information left unanswered from him. He always filled me in with details and explanations on everything I needed to know. Robert and I were in contact at least once a day by email or phone calls— he truly cared for my well being and that I was being taken care of.

The services that Alan and Robert provided me were beyond excellent. I knew would have a great outcome with Wax & Wax, when one of the first actions they took was that they went ahead and contacted the insurance companies to give me the correct care and also help me find new doctors etc. If it wasn’t for their diligent work and tireless efforts to help me during the time of my case I would probably not have received the medical care and treatment or the legal counsel that I should’ve had from the start!

I wish I would’ve contacted them sooner. I was on workers compensation from October 2017 but I was with Wax & Wax from May 2018-January 2019 (officially settled my case in December 2018).

Very pleased with the service I have had at Wax & Wax law offices.

I found this lawyer with hope that he will help me with my accident at work but during the six months that i was with him i never saw him face to face. He never helped me instead he gave me more problema, when i tried to calle him he never answered, the receptionist grave me attitude and never helped me out. Especially Sonia and Mireya. I would never recomend this lawyer.
