Do not waste your money and time with this law firm. from the lawyers to accounting dept.They don't know what their doing. They can't answer your questions My lawyer Ashlie, didn't do anything for me or my case. I went to Avvo to see the rank about her experience in family law she doesn't have any experience in family law yet she was assigned to me for my divorce case. In fact she has only few years of experience, now I understand why she always asked for advice from other experienced attorneys according to my billing.This tell me that you paying to inexperience lawyers to practice in your case and they charge you more money to get questions answered from more experienced lawyers in this firm. on top of that I have spend the last two months to go back and forth with that accounting dept.regarding my retainer fee. Horrible Service you can find a cheaper lawyers with more experience

what can I say? till now i like, they sure sound like they know what their talking about, and one thing I do plus is they only focus on mainly one thing, real estate lawsuits, I contacted many companies before Hiring Gomez & Simone and mostly all of them did it all from A to Z, Murder Cases To Traffic Violations, and yet very uncompetitive as in what they knew, I like their reviews on google, facebook? complete opposite, but I’m still putting my trust in them, I’m sure they will achieve victorious for me, lets see how it goes, I will keep updated

I was not impressed with the two attorneys I spoke with in my meeting . There are good and there are bad . I hired another attorney. If the owner was familar with my case , it was well within your scope of work . You were simply not qualified and did not instill any confidence to handle the real estate matter . If there was a negative star rating for this firm, that’s what they’d get from me. Every single person I worked with, was a nightmare. I walked away from them after paying thousands and thousands of dollars and I was worse off when I left than when I came in. I signed on with Mark who told me he would be my attorney and would be on top of everything, but then turned me over to Ashlie. He gave me a rate that we agreed to, but it was never even CLOSE to that and it went up higher and higher each month. Mark never spent one minute on my case and new nothing about it. That’s okay. He knows nothing anyway. He’s a horribly attorney. All he knows how to do, is berate and overbill. I was overbilled thousands and had to argue about every invoice I received to get it taken care of. They would even have someone call me BEFORE my invoice was due, to remind me it would be due and I should pay it. They would charge me for this, until I told them to stop. They are completely unethical. Ashlie did absolutely nothing, wasn’t getting along with Mark and left the firm without giving me any warning. In the meantime, Mark knew nothing about my case and I was left hanging. He promised that he would have Josue take over and I would not be charge duplicate for things I had already paid for. That didn’t work, because Josue didn’t do anything either. My case was one in which I had neighbors that had violated all the CC&Rs and had tortured me for 6 years. They moved in and completely took over the property we shared and took away all my rights. Josue talked me into going into a settlement meeting. He said we would just listen to the opposing side. If I didn’t like what they had to say, that would be it. The opposing side offered me $40,000 to move from my $1,700,000 home. That was supposed to be a good settlement and Josue spent HOURS telling me how great it was. How I should sell my home, because owning a home was a bad investment. How I should sell my home and rent an apartment to live in. It didn’t take me long to figure out, that he just wanted me to settle, so he could make his 5% and walk out. These people left me hanging and they subbed out of my case, because they didn’t want to honor their commitment. Mark knew that he would have to do a lot of work withou pay, to make up for all the catch up after Ashlie left me high and dry. He wasn’t about to do that. He’s completely unethical, a liar and untrustworthy. Josue is no better. I would stay far away. There are far better law firms and attorneys out there.

Me and My brother unfortunately lost both parents within a year apart. Our parents left us with the inheritance of their home.Instead of the financial institution assisting us of the proper process and program to modify the home they took advantage of us not knowing .They lost documents and had us refaxing numerous of time the same documents, they had us in the wrong modification program, they put payments in the wrong account causing us to go into default. Gomez and Simone is an awesome law firm. I had an illegal foreclosure case. I worked with Mark Gomez. I was very impressed with my results. He educated me on my rights and explained to me the negligence and improper way that I was done by the financial institution . I can't tell you how pleased I am with Cesar from Gomez and Simone. He was able to get me a loan modification, when everyone else said it was impossible. He not only got me the modification, but charged absolutely nothing up front. I can't tell you what a relief this was. I had already hired one attorney that was costing me 800 dollars a month to write letters, and had been quoted 16 thousand dollars by another attorney with no guarantees. Unfortunately, people take advantage when they know that you are desperate. However, this is not that type of law firm. These people truly care and make every effort to help. Cesar knew exactly how do deal with my mortgage company and had the backing of a great law firm, just in case my modification didn't get approved. Cesar is a wonderful and caring person who is truly concerned about his clients.
