Unfortunately, the driver who hit me had terrible insurance. However the RiderzLaw team did their absolute best to limit the financial damage. They gave it to me straight in each of our conversations ,and not once did they give me the run around
I want to thank Sarah, Sy, Brie, Rob, and anyone else behind the scenes for taking care of me the best that they could. I hope I am never in this situation again. But if I am, I know where to call.
Brie, Sarah, Jill and all the team @ RiderzLaw are amazing friendly, knowledgeable and very responsible. The best thing out of all my accident deal was calling that team. They treat you like friends. Thank you Brie and Sarah.
I highly recommend them. Riderz Law

The problem is the guy who hit me didn't have insurance and I didn't have UM. I didn't even know what that was before. So I didn't get money for my hospital bills.
This is why they get 4 stars and not 5. If I go to a steakhouse, and they have no steak, even though it's not there fault and the entire state of California is out of steak, I'm not giving them 5-stars. Is it there fault? No, but that's irregarless.
Few days after the accident, I got on the internet and searched for motorcycle accident lawyers and contacted them. I got the impression from talking to a few law offices that they weren’t exactly thrilled to take on my case. After all, I didn’t lose a limb or even break a bone not to mention the lack of insurance at the time of the accident. Basically, I got the impression my case didn’t pose big money to them. Thank goodness I came across Riderz Law on the web. I was hesitant at first to contact them since they were down in SoCal and I’m in NorCal bay area. Contacting Riderz Law was the best thing I did after the accident. I spoke with Sy directly and was so relieved when he told me that they will take on my case. Let me tell you fellow riders that when it states on Riderz Law website that Sy does this to help fellow riders, that is no bs. Even though I did not have health insurance at the time of the accident, one of the first thing Sy did was to hook me up with a chiropractor who was very helpful with my recovery. The chiropractor recommended using the whirlpool as well as exercising in the pool, and the result is that I found my love for swimming all over again since I used to swim as a kid. It took me at least nine months to recover. I actually met Sy in person at Infineon/Sonoma Raceway (AMA/Moto Am race) and it was apparent to me how much he loves to race and helping fellow riders as their accident attorney. I really don’t think you could find a better motorcycle attorney than Sy.
I can’t say enough of the rest of Riderz Law team who will truly go to bat for you. I was very impressed by Brie’s thorough work on property settlement, her comparables market research, and other documentation in battling it out with the adjuster. She will work hard to get every cent of the property damage settlement you deserve. Sarah and Jill worked very hard on my behalf in negotiating with medical parties and going up against the insurance company. The medical costs for the ambulance ride to the emergency and the hospital bills were astounding which says something about the current state of the health care system. The Riderz Law team do an outstanding job in negotiating and settling with these parties and insurance companies. More importantly, they actually care about you at a personal level. I hope you never have to contact a motorcycle accident lawyer, but if you do get in an accident, the best thing you can do for yourself is call Sy and the Riderz Law team like I did.
