Easy to set up and friendly friendly staff. Show up with your tickets and you can pay in installments for the attorney fees within 30 days. I brought in 2 tickets and, for a little more than what the tickets would have been, both my tickets were dismissed. I also recieved no points on my record. I was kept informed by email whay was happening after each court date (which I didn't have to show up to). I suggest that you go to them soon as soon as you recieved the violation and allow the attorney to use your extentions.

They did not help me with anything accepte just being in court instead of me and delaying tye payment , after that they came back to me with an email says i have to pay the fine plus their fees 199$ , so they cost me much alot over the fine amount, as they did says that they always deal with this cases and always help with dismissing it , on the phone they say something and they apply something else .

They did a great job getting my ticket resolved. I had no more problems from that specific ticket and I would highly recommend their services to anyone that has an issue with tickets. I would also recommend getting them resolved as soon as possible, because the longer you take to get them handled, the more they charge. Although, to be fair, the cost of their service is much, much less than the ticket cost. All in all, they are a great program and they are highly professional. I will be using the again in the future.

It was simple from my end. I didn't even have to explain the situation. they asked for the citations and and took my personal info and handled everything from there. They updated whenever they went to court and what stage the citations were in and then I was completely cleared. It took months but I didn't have to go to court and I was cleared.

This was a total rip off. They performed as if they worked for the courts and police. Never asked my side of what happened. They asked for no info. Said i didn't have to show up for court, but by not doing so there is no one to tell your side of the story. They just put in a guilty plea and you're screwed. It was shady representation and did nothing but take my money and plead guilty for me when that NOT what i wanted! And they got me a small reduction in ticket/court cost. So in the end after paying them it would have been cheaper to just pay the original fine be done with it, still got points put on liscense/record either way! and Scam artist !!!

It really works! I have used them since I lived in Chicago and moved here to California . There are no guarantees of course but honestly I've had 5 tickets and I have used them and I've had four of the five dismissed one I just had Traffic Safety School win-win for me.... Got a ticket for turning on a red light and did not stop completely and had this was camera. I received a ticket in the mail for this and thought this was bs! I saw the ad for ticket clinic and thought I would give them a shot. Long story short, they took over, I never had to go to court and I received and email from ticket clinic after everything was settled and they advised the ticket was dismissed! I highly recommend if you get a ticket, you have nothing to lose and everything to gain!

They make the transaction very easy. You do everything on the phone and never need to visit an office or show up to court. I recently learned that my license has been suspended since 2013. Since then, it has also expired. The Los Angeles County approved third party collector, GC Services claimed that I owed $1088. Of course that had to be paid before I could even think about renewing my license. I found the Ticket Clinic online and gave them a call. They were thorough with their explanation of the process. I paid them their fee of $300 and they kept me updated on my case. They also represented me in court every time my case called for a court appearance. Within a few months I received notice that the charges against me have been dropped. Outstanding balance wiped clean. It was the easiest process and best $300 I've ever spent. Thanks!
