This Law Firm has no idea that it DISCRIMINATED a Huge Case Exposed Lawfully All over the Media By Law .

I couldn't have chosen a better law firm to represent me. I'm very happy with my outcome.

I called to explain my situation two months ago, and the individual I spoke with was dismissive and uncaring. If you want an attorney to write a letter for you or take on a smaller case, this doesn't seem to be their playground. The person I talked to didn't show the least interest until I mentioned a reason why this would be a much larger settlement than typical gender pay discrimination. Also the perfunctory, "send me all your info to evaluate via email" without any information about how that extremely confidential information is protected or handled is quite concerning.

Wow, I've never felt so belittled by an attorney. Spoke to an attorney and attempted to explain my dilemma but he continuously cut me off. His telephone demeanor was aggressive and I was very put off by his disposition. Due to the nature of my issue, I would have rather spoken to someone that took the time to listen and understand. He offered constructive criticism but I feel worse about myself after talking to him. :-(

I am very satisfied with the way Renee Mochkatel represented me in my case. She took the time to understand my situation and set realistic expectations right from the start. The process was smooth, professional and clear.

When Mr. Spiegel tells something, he really means it. I called his law firm 2 days after I got laid off to figure out my options. After I explained the situation, he told me that I do have a case and asked me to come to his office right away. After we discussed all of my options and strategy, he told me to "GO TAKE CARE OF YOUR PERSONAL LIFE AND HEALTH AND I WILL TAKE CARE OF YOUR LEGAL LIFE, I WILL DO MY BEST TO GET YOU WHAT YOU DESERVE" and he took me downstairs to buy me lunch, we sat and ate together. That meant so much to me. It was a relief, I knew I can trust this man.

He is so thorough and will explain you every single details, he will educate you about the process and your options as you go. He will NEVER stop fighting for you. There were few times when things were not going as we thought it would and was running low on options, I almost decided to give up and to walk away but he was not. Do not waste your time with these people. There’s a rude man that belittles you when you try to explain your situation. Went with another attorney that helped my case and won! These has been the worst customer service experience. Don’t believe the hype!

I spoke to an employee of the firm in early April and no one bothered to call me back. I called today and Rene got on the phone immediately being rude before I said one word. After I was accused of stealing at Walmart in Victorville on Armogosa Rd, thrown in a squad Ford edge, items verified against receipts, apologized to from Sheriff's deputy she said she didn't feel I was being accused of stealing. WT@. Only interested in high profile, big dollar cases with no genuine concern for the little unknown person. This firm gets one star because thats the least I could rate. If able zero stars would be my choice.

A fighter for the underdog. Germaine Greer (google), a Smith graduate, founder of Ms.Magazine has spoken highly of her. The awards last night show that the glass ceiling is shattered in the film industry. Gloria helped.

I had Mr. Lau review my wrongful termination case. Got the feeling it wasn't his decision to decline.
