It was interesting to listen to someone tell me that my situation is without merit, that employers can be "mean bosses," that they can continue to give bad reviews to potential and future employers, when I have had no disciplinary actions or reprimands. I want to thank the laywers for employees and consumers right for taking my case. I have not gotten paid from my former employer dual diagnosis treatment center aka sovereign health. And that company has broken alot of healthcare rules guidelines and they not provide recovery for the patients. Never use or send your love ones to this facility for treatment, recovery. I'm finally done with working for them and I want them to paid for all. And closed all their doors

If you'd like to lose 80% of your settlement and receive late payments on the installments they are right for you. They are over a month late on my 2nd installment and I am being told it is still being processed. Also I'm sure they played for good reviews.

I am not the one to go around suing anyone, however, I am also not the one who tolerates bulling and being treated like a slave, I was let go for sticking up for what i know is right and also sticking up for others at my former work place. I love what I do and had awesome co-workers. Ironic that Chatwin Caberte & Ryan Roy hire me via Upwork for Lawyers for Employee and Consumers Rights to put together a linkbuilding by Monday for $300. I sent the plan on Sun. so they'd have it by Monday morning and based on the conversation I had with them. They sent the contract after I sent the work. There was no mention of waiting on a contract AND if I had waited, the work would have been late. What happened was, they got my work, added a bunch of things to a contract, then when I declined the contract (There was so much extra work added, I thought it was a second job offer), they then refused to pay me saying I declined the contract. Now they won't pay me, they have the plan, & I have no recourse #workingmom

Edith was my attorney, and Melinda was my point of contact. They wasted my time, and their own time. They put out a demand letter for too little, too soon, without asking me first. Edith stated that the general manager saying, "There are too many brown people on the line" did not constitute discrimination. There was no joy in her voice, and she talked over me each time we spoke. I felt like I was represented by misery itself. I fired them. I will post an update with how my new representation is able to help, and what the differences are.

I was so excited about getting results from an employer that basically told me he was above the law. But then 6 months went by and I received an email stating that I would no longer be represented by the firm... First 2 months they said they were appointing an attorney, later on it was complete silence from them, then I write and email to ask what's going on with my case and I'm told to stop asking questions because it costs money, then at the end of the 6 months, we can't and won't help you at all. Now I'm past the time allowed to sue, and have probably lost out on a lot of money. They shouldn't have taken the case if they knew there would be no results. Wasted my time.
