Excellent Doctor. I came in for Dysport. It's been a week & I love the results! Dr Zakariaei was a really good listener & took his time to be sure he knew exactly what I wanted & took the time to explain what he was going to do to get the results. He knew exactly where & how many units I needed. He offered a follow up appointment in case I needed touch ups after a week. Something I haven't been offered in the past from other clinics. I followed through with the follow up today & he stood by his word. I will definitely be back & I highly recommend him. F.R.

Purchased a Groupon for Dysport. When I went to the office doctor convinced me to purchase double amount as said amount purchased would not be effective to treat area between eyebrows. Have had same treatment at other doctor in past with excellent results. Went back to this doctor three times with ZERO results. I think the product must not be genuine, be diluted or expired. I left numerous messages for the doctor to call me back but he never did. Extremely dissatisfied.

I bought a Groupon for a skin treatment for Tarzana Skin and Laser. I was a little skeptical when I saw it was an Urgent Care. My concerns were addressed by Dr. Zakariaei, and I felt comfortable enough to go ahead with the procedure. I am very happy with the results and care I received. This place is definitely a diamond in the rough.

The Stuff is very Corteous and the doctors are very professional. The doctor Zakariaei REALLY listens to you, asks questions without rush, and pdoscribes medicine, that helps. I have trust and confidence to go to Tarzana Urgent Care when i need treatment.

Very confusing. I purchased a Groupon for Tarzana Skin and Lazer Center. To my surprise I discovered it is not a “medical spa” at all. Dr. Zakariaei is operating a side business in Tarzana Medical Urgent Care. Very shady!

My insurance company sent me there when my regular doctor not available. It did not take more than 15~20 minutes before I can see the doctor. Fast and accurate diagnose. My sinus problem gone after a few days. Very happy with them.

I highly recommend Tarzana Urgent Care. I went in with a bad cut and ended up with 6 stitches. The doctor and the staff were above and beyond professional, kind, and knowledgeable. I felt incredibly comfortable and in very good hands. They even had me come back for follow-ups to check for any problems. AAA+++

Very professional, courteous, attentive staffs. I went in with no appointment and was helped immediately upon arrival. Entire staff including the nurses, PA and doctor was very friendly and knowledgeable! They made me feel very comfortable.Will return if any other health concerns may arise.

This clinic has very professional service and they took care of my problem in just one visit. They are highly skilled and knowledgeable with great bedside manners, and I should know, since I am a nurse. I would highly recommend this place! The others who only gave it one star must have been drug seeking.

I had a terrible pain in my side. Was ignoring it, hoping to get thru Thanksgiving...but no, it got too unbearable. I did not want to go thru the agony of an emergency room. So I took a chance on this place; grateful I did. Turned out I had a urinary infection. Pain shot, antibiotic and another pill...voila...I was back from on track...had a large contingent of guests waiting at home and I happy returned home to enjoy the day.

Real competent doctor. Professional and knowledgeable...cannot thank him enough. Do not hesitate to go here if u r in dire need.

I came here one morning bleeding profusely from my finger. They saw me right away, recognizing the urgency, while my fiancee handled the paperwork.

They calmly assessed the situation while I was more concerned about the price (Stupid me). They laid everything out plainly and still worked to slow/stop the bleeding until I made a decision. Eventually my finger had to be cauterized. They were caring and attentive while I was getting lightheaded, ensuring I was 100% alright. I then passed out, but they were aware enough to treat me properly as I woke up and called emergency services. I was fine afterwards, but I had no doubt for a minute I was in good hands after I woke up.

I received a follow up call later that night and followed up the following day to get my wound redressed.

No discomfort, no worry, just positive health care professionals that truly gave me undivided attention and made me feel welcome. I will recommend this place in a heartbeat for any future urgent care for me or my friends.

This is a brand new Urgent Care under new ownership and Physician. Less than 3 month since opened....So any negative comments from past wont apply. highly recommend you go in and check it our yourself. Place is very clean, staff are very friendly and the doctor is very knowledgeable and ready to help in anyway he can w very reasonable price...

It definitely beats waiting for your primary for days if not weeks for an appointment, and surely cost so much less than Emergency room w minimal amount of waiting...... So in short highly recommend this NEW Place w New Doc :)

Awesome doctor. He has been doing it for a while and unlike new doctors, he isn't afraid to give you shots, which I love. My girlfriend had a pinched nerve and was feeling nausea. He gave her 2 shots 1 for the pain and 1 for the nausea, after an hour she was feeling great =). He is very nice, I highly recommend.

I went when I was in dire need of help with my asthma acting up as well as having a baaaaad flu. We waited in the room for 30 minutes while we heard the doctor laughing and joking in Persian and me and my fiance looked at each other like "are you kidding me?" My Fiance FINALLY had to take matter into her own hands and yelled at the doctor saying "helloooooo we need help! He can't breathe". When the doctor leasurely walked into the room, he didn't even say how I was doing, but looked at my fiance and said "Oooo, are you persian??" We were like WTF!! and we just walked out. Trust me, DO....NOT...GO....HERE!!!!!!

My wife hurt her foot and we called the Encino Medical Urgent Care in regards to being seen. They don't take appointments...walk-ins only. I had told the receptionist about my wife falling down on her foot and they told me to come in and I told them I would be right there. After waiting to get into a room and seeing Dr. Hedvat, he took about 30 seconds to examine my wife's foot and said, "You need an x-ray." However, there was no x-ray technician available at that time. Apparently, the x-ray technician is only there from 6pm - 8pm and we were there around 3pm. We were not about to wait 3 hours for her to arrive! They told us that the x-ray technician would be in the office the next day and we said that we would be back. Our whole trip was in vain! All they had to do was tell us on the phone that there is no x-ray technician on site and that would have avoided a lot of time, energy, my wife's pain in getting down there, and money for gas and parking meters. I called the next day and they tell me, "The x-ray technician is not coming in today." Really!? They told me that she would be in the office in a couple of days! I had no trust in this office and took my wife to the emergency room at the local hospital and they found a fracture in her foot. Why would anyone go to an establishment for a bone injury when the possibility of getting an x-ray is a hit or miss?
