Ana is a very kind and sweet person but I would not recommend her because of negligence on our case. We filed for paperwork for my husbands visa with her in July 2017, we left the US to attend his sisters wedding and upon returning he was denied entry. We asked Ana many many times if it will be ok to leave and she said “yes”. I now understand that she is just a paralegal but if she would have said “I don’t know” or “I’m not sure” we would have got the right answer and my husband would still be here with me. We took her professional advice which was incorrect therefore I write this review. This whole situation has cost us a lot of money and time that we will never get back. It’s been over a year and my husband is still not with me.
