The receptionist is shady and would not transfer me because as she stated they "represent" 5 legal agencies. This so called legal group representative left a profanity riddled voice mail!

Started out ok, but once they had my full payment and I called telling them I was going into a trial payment period they sent me a letter closing my case. Have not yet gotten the final paperwork. On top of that I was lied to on the last phone call they said would call the next day and that's been over a month. Total waste of $4,000
